What are you going to do?
As Assistant Manager at our Taiko Bar, you will co-lead a great team of professionals and ensure that our bar stays at the forefront of the Amsterdam bar scene. You will assistant in team management of the Bartenders and inspire our guests with Taiko’s international cocktail menu, Asian inspired dishes and ensure high quality service is provided. You are proud to give guests a warm welcome and you ensure their satisfaction while you support with the cost- and payroll control. You will report to the Taiko Bar Manager.

Who are you?
As our new colleague you start every day with passion and determination. You are open to all guests and enjoy lively conversations. As the bar is well-visited, you are a hard-working colleague who enjoys team work and sets an example to others.  Furthermore, you are/have:  

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience at top-tier bars in Amsterdam as Supervisor or Assistant Manager;
• Excellent knowledge of English language (Dutch is preferred);
• Prior knowledge of (co)leading bar teams;
• Living in Amsterdam and up to date about events around the city.
