Your remit:
Our One Lounge concept lobby is a breakfasting, entertaining and bar area which reflects the trademarks of our brand with quality products and high service standards.

Breakfast Assistants with Motel One assist with the delivery of excellent guest experience, by providing professional, friendly and helpful service at all times. Our One Lounge Hosts are guest focused and ensure our guests enjoy a great start to their day with our Motel One Breakfast Buffet.

As a Breakfast Assistant with Motel One, you will be primarily responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Warmly and professionally welcome all guests with a smile
Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
Preparation, set up and presentation of breakfast buffet to Motel One standards
Assist with the efficient and friendly service of breakfast, including replenishing the breakfast buffet, assisting guests, clearing tables and use of the dishwasher
General cleaning duties to ensure cleanliness and presentation of One Lounge and kitchen area to the required standard
Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
Ensure  that both the GM and the One Lounge Supervisor are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
Comply with hotel security & fire regulations and all health & safety regulations
Willingness and flexibility to assist other departments within the hotel, as the needs of the business

Your profile:
Our Lounge Hosts at Motel One are always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members. At Motel One “We Focus on Personality” when recruiting new team members and to be successful in this role, you should have the following attitude, behaviours and skills:able to be at 5AM at the hotel if you have to open breakfast
Previous experience working in a customer focused role
Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive approach and well presented
Strong communication skills and a good command of the English language
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Qualification in either Food Hygiene and/or Personal Licence Holder would be an advantageYou will love it!
