Is it your ambition to work as a Food & Beverage Manager in the future? As a Food & Beverage Management Intern you will gain insight and experience in the daily activities of the management tasks. Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is 10 minutes away from Schiphol Airport and with 25 minutes you are in the heart of Amsterdam. The hotel has 342 rooms and offers a wide range of facilities, from a gym to a shuttle service. But don't forget the brasserie, bar and lounge. On June 1st the hotel officially reopened, let's celebrate together!

We are looking for Food & Beverage Management Intern.
Are you the perfect match?

Your goal is to get through the intricacies of the F&B and Banqueting department, so you know how to make a connection with all additional stakeholders.
You are interested in optimizing the commercial performance of the F&B department, such as optimizing sales, promoting events and other initiatives. No challenge is too crazy for you. You are only too happy to take this one!
As the right hand of the F&B manager you are closely involved in the daily operation and the focus is on delivering amazing experiences.
You ensure that all guests experience a warm welcome. You know how to keep this feeling during the entire stay, after all, it is your goal to make them come back for a^2nd (and maybe^3rd) time.
A guest asks for advice? No problem for you! You advise proactively and explain the menu, options and specialties with all your might!
You have a good command of the English language and excellent communication skills

You are looking for an internship for at least 5 months as part of your studies from September 2022
