We are looking for a Food & Beverage/Events intern – Aug/Sept 2023
Are you the perfect match?

• You ensure a warm and tailored welcome for all guests, because eventually it’s your goal to make the guests return for a 2nd or even 3rd time!
• You’re eager to become an expert within the department. Eventually obtaining knowledge regarding the menu, allergens and upselling skills will support you in advising guests to get more out of their visit. Win-win!
• Completing tasks relevant but not limited to confirming an event (proposal, site inspection, contracting, negotiating of rates and terms and conditions), handling client requests with relevant teams to secure conversion and ensuring post event follow up to confirm repeat business
• Responding to all enquiries in a timely manner and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when personalising client needs
• Your English communication skills are on point!

• You are interested in the hospitality industry and looking for an internship for at least 3 months as part of your study. This internship is offered throughout the year, so if you are interested please apply and we will check whether a suitable starting date can be arranged for you.
