What will you acatually be doing?
As a Food & Beverage Trainee you will work all-round in our Food & Beverage departments; restaurant Jansz., Pulitzer Garden, room service and banqueting. You will take care of and exceed the expectations of our guests; taking orders, serving food and drinks, debras and take payments. The goal is all about providing an unforgettable experience to our guests which makes them want to come back.
 

• Taking care of mise en place, like setting up tables, chinaware, cutlery, glassware, pens and notepads
• Setting up, preparing and refilling buffets as well as meeting rooms
• Welcoming and guiding guests to their tables
• Taking orders and proactively communicating important information to the kitchen about any allergies or wishes from our guests
• Serving food and drinks
• Preparing simple and easy to make dishes
• Debras and clean tables and buffets
• Taking care of the payments
• Providing a consistent, smooth and personal service
• Take care and sustain a high guest satisfaction
• Prevent and handle complaints and questions

We are looking for a superstar F&B Trainee:

• You’re looking for a 6 month (or longer) internship starting from
• You’re following a hospitality related study
• A true storyteller with a passion for service
• Energetic; a hard worker
• Guest and service minded
• Flexible
• A real team-player
• Engaged
• A high level of responsibility
• Quality and awareness on the Pulitzer brand
• Good communication skills in English and preferably Dutch (not a must)

Salary
€600,- per month excl. tips based on a fulltime workweek
