What will you be doing as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Venues?
As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Venues, you are leading a motivated team of Food & Beverage Operations Leads and Food & Beverages Operations Employees. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, Venues, you are responsible for maintaining the quality of service and concept of Pulitzer Garden, Banqueting and Roomservice.

You work effectively with the team to ensure operation runs smoothly. You always enhance guest experience by supporting and training the team. Leading the team by example with an inspirational and positive approach is key. You listen carefully, communicate clearly and look for solutions when needed. You manage (new) employees by being part of the recruitment, onboarding and training processes. You love hospitality, naturally connecting with (regular) guests. You support the organisation and operation of large Pulitzer Amsterdam events such as Garden Party and Prinsengrachtconcert.
 
Our new Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Venues has the following qualities:

• Communication with the team is what you are good at
• You have experience in a leadership position
• You follow trends, always looking for ways to improve service
• Remaining calm in stressful situations is important for you
• You love to connect with people and create memories by a personal approach of service
• Experience in organising large events is preferred

Salary based on 42 hours contract €3107,- per month excl. tips
