What will you be doing as a Food & Beverage Supervisor Jansz.?
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor Jansz., you are leading a motivated team during your work shift. You are responsible for maintaining the quality of service at our restaurant Jansz., Pulitzer Garden, in room dining and banqueting.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor Jansz., you work very hands-on by caring of and responding to the expectations and wishes of the guest while managing the operations. You will support the team on the floor, by preparing and checking banqueting groups, meeting rooms, refilling buffets, discussing function sheets in a timely manner with the F&B operations employees and the kitchen, taking orders, serving drinks & dishes, clearing and paying in the various venues (Jansz., Pulitzer Garden, in room dining, and banqueting). Handling complaints comes easy to you and you'll do this in a professional way, with the result that guests would like to come back. Motivating your team is what you love to do by leading by example.
