Carstens is part of the iconic Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam, located directly opposite Amsterdam Central Station.

As a Restaurant Manager:

You are the person who ensures that everyone has an unforgettable experience, combined with the best combination of unique flavors and memorable stories.
You will lead the restaurant team in this journey, providing them with broad knowledge of service to grow in a dynamic environment.
Our restaurant manager:
Ensures that the Carstens team and the entire operation are focused on delivering unforgettable experiences
Is a passionate supporter of our F&B offering, and a visible, hands-on leader who fosters a culture of empowerment within the team
Someone who leads by example and motivates the team to provide an excellent guest experience
