We are looking for an F&B Teamleader for our beautiful Park Plaza Utrecht.

• Motivating your team to exceed guests' expectations is a priority for you. You will also organize team briefings, allocate resources and manage the team
• Leading by example is important to you and shows the best of hospitality, from greeting guests and converting orders to handling special requests or problems
• Good knowledge of food and wine, what you don't know we will learn together
• You will ensure that your team is adequately trained and given the opportunity to grow and develop
• Show trust in your team and give them the confidence to show their initiative and grow in their responsibilities
