We are looking for a Pakistani Cuisine F&B Manager, who can manage a Pakistani Ethnic / Authentic food restaurant, also has experience and Chef who can train a team of local Dutch chefs.

 

Responsibilities:

He should be able to manage a staff of 8-10 people and he must understand proper preparation techniques, memorize a large variety of recipes to ensure consistency, know the materials methods, and equipment in food preparation as well as knowledge of food values, menu planning, and uses for left-over food. The ability to take inventory and keep records of foodstuffs used and give significant assistance in planning menus for both banquets and regular meals is also needs. He also must be neat-looking, physically fit, and the ability to perform mathematical computations in order to meet budgets He will also be responsible for arranging repairs when necessary and maintenance of the restaurant. Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training restaurant staff. Estimate staff’s workload and compensations and also maintain records of payroll and attendance

 

Requirements

Education Level: Minimum High School Graduate

Language Proficiency: Urdu and English, Dutch is a Plus

Experience: 8 Years of Managing a Pakistani restaurant with minimum of staff of 5 and 5 years off Chef experience in Pakistan Cuisine
