Are you an eager and food & beverage orientated hotel student that is looking for a first step towards a management career in the luxury hotel industry? Then this internship will bring you the experience that you will need for your future career!
What are you going to do?
As our kitchen management intern, you will be the main assistant of our Executive Sous Chef. You will assist with several long-term HACCP/food projects and the maintenance of the kitchen materials. Next to this, you will be partially responsible for the team-related matters of the kitchen, such as the hour registration, scheduling, training and overall communication towards the kitchen staff. In addition, you will also support with quality/cost control, stock count and continuous communication with our Purchasing department to ensure we work with the best possible products. Next to this, for a minimum of two days a week, you will be working as a chef de partie in one of our many kitchens.

Who are you?
For this opportunity we are looking for a student who is energetic, eager to learn and passionate about both the five-star luxury hotel industry and the culinary world. Furthermore, you:
  • Have excellent command of English and Dutch language (written and spoken);
  • Are enrolled in a Bachelor study, preferably with a hotel or culinary background;
  • Have professional experience working in kitchens;
  • Are flexible and used to working in professional teams;
  • Are available for a minimum period of at least 6-10 months.
