Job Description
For our International Kitchen Team we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef on a Full-time basis. Primary focus is on our a-la-carte Italian restaurant, but this role contributes to other areas like banqueting as well. Within this position, your main tasks will be:
- Optimal Kitchen Management.
- Manage the posts allocated to him/her on his own responsibility in accordance with the orders of the Executive Chef.
- Is responsible for carrying out or delegating all the work assigned.
- Stays well-informed of trends in gastronomy .
- Participate in training courses.
- Quality assurance.
- Inventory management.
- Exemplary hygiene and safety standards.

Skills and competences

- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
-  Diploma as a cook
- Knowledge of the Italian cuisine
- Passion for cooking
- Creative
- Flexible
- Service oriented
- Great eye for detail
- Fluent in English and basic Dutch skills preferred
- Available for morning, evening and night shifts
