WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING AS A BREAKFAST CHEF/ONTBIJTKOK?
As the job title, Breakfast Chef/Ontbijtkok, says really: you will support the kitchen team, making sure the breakfast operation runs smoothly by creating tasty dishes from a fixed menu. High motivation and wanting to learn is expected from you. As a Breakfast Chef/Ontbijtkok will ensure a good mise-en-place and you will work in an accurate and fast way during service. Moreover, you assist in keeping the entire back of the house clean and up to standard. You will be trained to become even more skilled.

You are familiar with the different techniques used in a kitchen, like; washing, cutting, blending, and many more!
