ARCA, a restaurant and bar concept by two Michelin starred Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, brings a relaxed and approachable Portuguese sharing plates concept with modern flavours, Asian influences, and impressive cocktails to the city center of Amsterdam.
 
We are looking to add a jewel (Demi Chef de Partie) to our chest to help unlock the ARCA brand. 
Are you the perfect match?

• You keep your standards high. The quality of the food is your main priority!
• With your eye for details, you are good at garnishing, positioning and preparing the dishes according to our recipes
• You are tidy and will make sure all working areas are clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
• Building relationships with Kitchen and Front of House team members to keep everything running smoothly is your strength
• You are a true team player and will be helping with all mis-en-place for all relevant menus
• The fast-paced kitchen is and environment where you perform at your best=
