WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE NEXT SUPER STAR CHEF DE PARTIE

You are passionate and creative by nature and you know what hard working entails.
You are most energetic during the late afternoon and evening.
You have worked as a (Demi) Chef de Partie for several years.
You are familiar with the different techniques used in a kitchen, like; washing, cutting, blending, and many more!
You are curious to learn more and to grow further.
You make sure the stock is looked after and ready for service.

WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING AS A CHEF DE PARTIE?
As the job title, Chef de Partie, says really: you will be responsible for your partie, making sure the operation runs smoothly. High motivation, planning and working on small tasks on your own and with a small team is expected. You will ensure a good mise-en-place and you will work in an accurate and fast way during service. Moreover, you assist in keeping the entire back of the house clean and up to standard.
