Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for Commis de Cuisine!
Long story short, you have a caring attitude and you are ready to go the extra mile for creating memorable culinary experiences for our guests. As Commis de Cuisine, you are part of the amazing Chefs Team, reporting directly to the Chef de Cuisine.

  • You provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service;
  • You bring your unique personality to our team of dedicated Chefs;
  • You are responsible for creating remarkable culinary experiences in the Food & Beverage outlets; restaurant and meeting areas;
  • You take care of preparing breakfast/lunch/dinner (depending on the shift) in the Kitchen.
  • You have graduated a Culinary Program; 
  • You have knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health as well as safety standards;
  • You have an European passport or a Dutch work permit;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You are flexible working different shifts (morning and evening);
  • You are passionate about hospitality;
  • You are open minded and eager to learn;
  • Love working in a fast paced and energetic environment.

Preferred qualifications
  • You have experience in a kitchen
  • You have kitchen hygiene certifications
