We are looking for a F&B Breakfast Team Leader:

• Who ensures our breakfast runs smoothly in the morning, delivering memorable experiences
• Who will hold team briefings, allocate resources and direct the team
• Who will motivate the team to exceed guests' expectation
• Who will also take orders and deliver food & drinks in an efficient and friendly manner
• Who will lead by example and showcase the best of customer service, from greeting guests and upselling orders to handling special requests or issues
• Who will make sure the team is suitably trained and given the opportunity to grow and develop
• Who shows trust in the team and give them the confidence to show their initiative and step up in responsibility
• Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
• Who is available to work from 5:30am to 2pm
• Who has previous experience as Breakfast or Food & Beverage Supervisor/Team Leader in a hotel or similar venue
