ARCA, a restaurant and bar concept by two Michelin starred Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, brings a relaxed and approachable Portuguese sharing plates concept with modern flavours, Asian influences, and impressive cocktails to the city center of Amsterdam.

We are looking to add a jewel (Chef de Partie) to our chest to help unlock the ARCA brand.
Are you the perfect match?

• Preparing, producing and presenting memorable meals for our guests is what you like to do all the time where you apply your energy and enthusiasm to every task
• With your culinary skills you pay attention to every detail and maintain high standards in quality, freshness, service, hygiene and Health & Safety
• You like to share your thoughts on the menu development and identifying opportunities to improve processes. We want to hear your voice!
• Delivering first class customer service whenever interacting directly with guests or dealing with special requests is your top priority
• You share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
• Hospitality is in your DNA!
• Previous experience in a similar role where high service levels were the standard? Perfect!
