The Role

We are looking for an Operational Manager / Customer Experience Lead to join our Master Franchise team in the Netherlands.


You will act as the link between the brand and our franchise network, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and performance across all stores.

Key Responsibilities


Operations & Performance

Conduct store visits and operational audits

Monitor KPIs (sales, margins, productivity)

Support franchisees in improving performance




Customer Experience

Ensure high service standards across all locations

Identify gaps and implement improvements


Franchisee Support

Act as main operational contact for franchisees

Provide coaching, training, and support



Store Inspections & Compliance

Perform structured inspections and reporting

Ensure compliance with brand and safety standards



Expansion Support

Support new store openings and onboarding

Profile

Experience in horeca / QSR / retail operations

Multi-unit experience is a strong plus

Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

Based in NL and willing to travel
