• Assures that the ARCA Bar is seamlessly connected to the restaurant with a crafted and highly creative cocktail menu that pairs perfectly with a selection of ARCA plates
• Motivates the ARCA Restaurant and Bar team and the entire operation to be focused on delivering truly unforgettable experiences
• Is a visible, hands-on leader who promotes an empowering culture within the team
• Will drive the commercial performance of the restaurant and bar by growing sales, promoting events and developing new concepts/menus - while effectively managing costs, stocks and suppliers
• Someone who believes in the ARCA ethos

• Has experience managing a large team in a high performance operation
• Has experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance
