The Floor Supervisor at Rosso Pizza Bar plays a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience by leading front-of-house operations during service. This role is responsible for supervising waitstaff, managing floor flow, handling guest concerns, and ensuring high standards of hospitality are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations during service hours.
Lead, motivate, and support waitstaff and bartenders to ensure efficient and friendly service.
Manage table allocations, waitlists, and guest flow for smooth turnover.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
Ensure restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance meet Rosso Pizza Bar standards.
Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service and manage any delays or issues.
Train and mentor new front-of-house staff in service standards and procedures.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or support as needed.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or food service (restaurant or bar preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for customer service with a proactive and energetic attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
