As a Waiter/Waitress at Rosso Pizza Bar, you will be the face of the dining experience, providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests. You'll play a key role in creating a relaxed and memorable atmosphere while delivering food and beverage service that reflects our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly, courteously, and with genuine enthusiasm.
Present menus, explain specials, and make menu recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Serve meals and drinks efficiently and in a timely manner.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout the meal.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Communicate with kitchen and bar staff regarding special requests or allergies.
Handle guest payments and issue receipts accurately.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, including hygiene and food handling procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver smooth service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, outgoing attitude with a strong customer focus.
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
Knowledge of food and beverage service (training provided if needed).
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
