Job location: Rosso Pizza Bar, George Gershwinlaan 534, 1082MT, Amsterdam

As a Bartender at Rosso Pizza Bar, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, pouring beers and wines, and delivering exceptional service from behind the bar. You’ll help create a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and tables.
• Engage with guests in a professional and approachable manner to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and tools.
• Check identification to verify legal age requirements.
• Restock bar inventory and rotate stock as needed.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Assist in creating seasonal or signature cocktails, where applicable.
• Work collaboratively with waitstaff and kitchen for seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment required.
• Sound knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High level of personal presentation and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work quickly.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
