Mr. Haz Tacobar is a popular restaurant in the Jordaan district in the centre of Amsterdam. Since 2017 we make culinary tacos. Everything is home made, the marinades, salsas, sauces and the tortillas itself. We are a busy place, especially in the weekend (100 couverts a night). To manage it well we are looking for a chef.

Position

As a chef you play a very important role in making the place a success. Je are responsible for the preparations, you organize the kitchen and instruct the rest of the team. Je make sure the ordering goes smooth and you well equipped to keep a high quality during busy shifts.

Our Team

We have an experienced team that works at Mr. Haz for over a year. Fun at the job is, besides hard work, very important In our place. If you start you will be able to pick up the job quickly. If you have experience but you are not yet at the level of ‘zelfstandig werkend kok’ we have the ability to train you.
