• You will focus on delivering consistently high standards in preparing, producing and presenting dishes - combining culinary skill with a passion for brilliant food.
• We will give you the chance to input into menu development. We will also welcome your ideas for improving processes in your kitchen section.
• You will ensure all guests leave happy by adapting and handling any special requests you might receive.
