Are you the perfect match?

* You have experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a busy restaurant, hotel, or high-volume kitchen
* You are passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering consistently high-quality dishes
* You support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen and enjoy leading by example
* You have experience supervising, coaching, or training junior team members
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain organised under pressure
* You have a good understanding of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operational standards
* You are flexible and willing to support different service periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events when required
* Your biggest motivation is creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations
