We’re Hiring a Chef de Partie!

Job Title: Chef de Partie | Employment Type: Full-Time (38+ hours/week)

Location: Leiden City Centre

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. The position involves 38 hours per week, typically worked over 4 days, with additional hours during busy periods. Some evening and weekend shifts are included.
As our Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our kitchen. We seek someone experienced, creative in their approach, and who prioritizes continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Preparing your designated station with all necessary ingredients and equipment
•     Assisting in kitchen prep before each service
•     Cooking and plating dishes with precision and consistency
•     Supporting marinating, portioning, and pre-cooking tasks
•     Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout service
•     Sanitizing surfaces and properly storing unused ingredients at the end of each shift
•     Presenting dishes creatively to maximize guest enjoyment
