Salary: € 2650-€ 3000 p/m
We run 2 Indian restaurants, in Lochem and Appingedam in The Netherlands, which are small tourist town in remote area in Netherlands. Where we cook traditional Indian food for our customers. Where we use all the fresh ingredients for our dishes. From very small spice mix to the finished products all of them we make from fresh ingredients. Such techniques may require years of expertise and practice at a professional level. Nevertheless, we are willing to arrange systematic step by step training, so someone can perform according to the customer’s demand.
Experience and education are required for this position. We are looking for someone who has minimum of 2 years of professional work experiences and education level MBO- level 3 (Dutch standard). Direct Indian kitchen work experiences are not required, but it will be an advantage because the Indian cooking style is very much different than the others. There are so many kinds of spices and herbs used. We are looking for someone who has MBO-3 level of knowledge and experience with any kind of professional kitchen and spices. If you have no experience with Indian kitchen and if you are motivated enough to learn, we will arrange 3/6 months of training for you. Which will be approximately over 300 hours of step-by-step training.
