As part of the development of our French & International–themed restaurant, located on the island of Aruba, we are looking for an experienced full-time Head Chef, capable of leading and integrating into a multicultural brigade.

The Concept

French and Mediterranean cuisine, refined and generous

À la carte service

Volume: 150 to 300 covers per day, with peaks of up to 450 covers during festive periods

Your Responsibilities

Lead, organize, and motivate a brigade of 5 to 8 team members from different nationalities

Create and enhance dishes using fresh, high-quality products

Master and execute the classics of French and Mediterranean gastronomy, such as:
Bouillabaisse, Paella, Coq au Vin, French Onion Soup, Foie Gras Terrine…

Manage food costs, daily ordering, and weekly forecasting

Ensure consistent quality and smooth service, even during high-volume operations

Profile Required

Experienced Head Chef with a background in high-volume restaurants

Strong skills in kitchen management and organization

Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment

Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is essential

Culinary school diplomas required

Letters of recommendation required

Conditions
