Your role:
As Floor Manager, you oversee the daily operations of Williams Farmhouse’s front-of-house. You ensure smooth service, motivate and manage the team on the floor, and handle operational tasks like stock control, scheduling, and guest communication. You work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to maintain high service standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate front-of-house staff daily
  • Oversee staff scheduling, labour cost management, and recruitment support
  • Handle stock control, POS, reservations, and cash management
  • Respond to guest feedback and maintain service quality
  • Conduct staff training and coach for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service flow
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 1 year of operational management experience in hospitality
  • Hands-on leader with strong organizational skills
  • Good numerical skills for scheduling and cost control
  • Excellent communication in Dutch and English
  • Comfortable with flexible hours including evenings and weekends
