As our Guest Relations / Concierge Intern, you'll be at the heart of the hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for.

What will you be doing?

• Greet guests and provide a smooth, friendly arrival experience
• Assist with concierge services: restaurant bookings, transportation, local tips, helping guest with luggage, supporting group arrivals.
• Assist with Guest Relations duties: preparing VIP list and amenities for the VIP rooms, assisting guests in the lobby, arranging special occasions.
• Respond to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Support Front Office with daily operations and guest communications
• Keep lobby and public spaces welcoming and orderly"

• Currently studying Hospitality or Tourism (MBO/HBO level)
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus
• Warm, proactive, and service-oriented personality
• Available for 6 months, full-time
• EU passport or valid NL work/study permit
