As a Front Office Intern, you will support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception desk. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in guest relations, hotel operations, and service excellence while building a strong foundation for a successful career in hospitality.

Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and create a warm, professional, and memorable arrival and departure experience
* Assist with check-in, check-out, guest inquiries, requests, and reservations
* Support room allocations and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness
* Handle guest feedback and contribute to delivering excellent guest satisfaction
* Support daily Front Office operations, administrative tasks, and collaboration with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Essential Requirements
* Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, or related study programme
* Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
* Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
* Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
* Eager to learn and develop within an international hotel environment
* Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands

Preferred Requirements
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Organised with attention to detail
* Comfortable interacting with guests from different cultures and backgrounds
* Previous hospitality, customer service, or retail experience is an advantage
* Dutch or any additional language is an advantage

We provide a monthly allowance of €550, with coverage of travel and job-related expenses.
