Job Title: Kitchen Porter | Employment Type: Full-Time
or Part-Time (minimum 24 hours/week for part-time)                                                                                                  Start Date: As soon as possible

Are you a meticulous and energetic individual ready to be an indispensable part of a dynamic kitchen team at DoofLam'p? We're seeking a Kitchen Porter to ensure the seamless and efficient flow of our kitchen operations. Your dedication, combined with our passion for gastronomy, will form the foundation of the exceptional experience we offer our guests.

Your Responsibilities:

You'll maintain the consistent and hygienic cleanliness of all kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, grills, etc.) and surfaces (countertops, walls, sinks).
You'll meticulously clean the entire kitchen after service, ensuring it's fully prepared for the following day's operations.
You'll maintain the organization and cleanliness of all storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
You'll assist with receiving deliveries and ensuring their proper storage and organization within the kitchen.
You'll be responsible for the thorough cleaning and organization of all kitchenware, including pots, pans, cutlery, and cutting boards.
You'll manage kitchen waste, ensuring its proper disposal and adherence to hygiene standards.
You'll provide essential support to the Chef and other kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as cutting, peeling, and washing ingredients.
