Maintenance Team Leader

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a maintenance team leader

As Maintenance Team Leader, you are part of the Engineering Team reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

You will focus on the daily maintenance of all areas as well as preventive maintenance to ensure guests enjoy the utmost comfort during their stay
You will locate technical failures and make sure they get solved
You will conduct inspection rounds in the hotel
You will contact third parties in case of failures which cannot be solved by the team
You will operate and ensure the proper functioning of the STP (Gebouwbeheerssysteem)
You make sure the Engineers are assigned to their tasks according to the business demands
You take care of administrative tasks related to the Engineering department

Qualifications

You have great language skills in English and preferably in Dutch as well
You have technical insight and affinity with repair work
It is not a problem for you to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening) and weekends once per month
You have experience in leading a team
You are eligible to work in the Netherlands
